Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to sell a device.
- A valid physical government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) is required. Digital copies, scans, or photos of IDs are not accepted.
Offers and Validity
- All offers are based on the information you provide when submitting your device details.
- Offers are valid for 7 days from the date of submission.
- If the device is not brought in within this time frame, the offer may expire or need to be re-submitted.
Device Evaluation
- Each device will be thoroughly inspected and tested in-store.
- We verify the accuracy of details submitted, including model, storage capacity, condition, functionality, and financing status.
- If your device does not match the description provided, your offer may be adjusted or declined.
- Devices reported as lost and stolen are not be accepted.
Transactions Requirements
- Customers must arrive at least one hour before closing time to ensure enough time for inspection and processing.
- Transactions started later may be held and completed the next business day.
- You must remove all personal accounts (iCloud, Google, Samsung, etc.) and back up your data prior to selling.
- Devices with active locks or accounts will not be accepted.
Payment
- Payment will be made after successful inspection and completion of all requirements.
- Payment options may include Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or cash (if available at the time of transaction).
- Cash payments are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
Warranties and Liability
- Once the transaction is completed and payment is issued, ownership of the device transfers to Sell My Phone.
- We are not responsible for any personal data left on the device. Customers are solely responsible for backing up and erasing data.
- Sell My Phone provides no warranties regarding resale value, market fluctuations, or acceptance of specific devices.
Fraud and Misrepresentation
- Submitting false information or attempting to sell stolen, counterfeit, or financed devices is strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to report suspected fraud to law enforcement authorities.
Policy Updates
- Sell My Phone may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
